INITIAL APPOINTMENT

Previous to your appointment you will have filled basic information about your condition. This appointment is usually to gather in depth information about your health issues and priorities.

We will also take record of any current pharmaceutical medication and past pathology so please have past records available or send before the appointment. We will also discuss your particular health goals, dietary and lifestyle habits. We will gather this information to gain understanding of what may be happening in your body on a physical, emotional and biological level.

Further pathology may be required to understand your condition.

After the consult you will be sent an individualised treatment plan and if required a prescription.

RETURN CONSULTATION

60 minutes - $195

During your return consultation we will discuss pathology results, your dietary changes and treatment plan. This is where we may add, adjust or change the treatment depending on results. Improvements, regressions and goals will also be assessed and what still requires further work.

Prescriptions will also be assessed and possibly continued or changed depending on situation.

ACUTE CONSULTATION

15 minutes - $45 - Existing Patients only

Only for existing patients who have had an initial and one return consultation.

It is understandable that questions do arise between consultations. Even though we can be contacted through email, we cannot give specific advice without a consultation. This is for your own safety and due to insurance reasons.

This appointment can also be utilised if you require a refill prescription. Or if you have an acute condition that requires no more than 15 minutes - such as a cold.

PATHOLOGY REQUEST

30 minutes or 1 hour

Our clinic offers short or long appointments to order pathology testing or in some cases you may be unsure what testing you require from your symptoms.
Often some practitioners do not want to order certain pathology tests as they cannot interpret them. Our clinic offers a solution for complicated cases or even just for your standard health checks.

The short appointment can be utilised for simple health checks, uncomplicated cases or if you have already had a consultation with us previously. The longer appointment can be utilised for complicated cases or if you previously haven't had a consultation with us.

PATHOLOGY ASSESSMENT

60 minutes - $195

Assessment of Pathology results that have been ordered previously by other practitioners or by our clinic. We will go through your test results to see what nutritional deficiencies we can find and other systemic conditions that may have been missed.
Occasionally clients find they are not getting answers from previous pathology tests. Or that another practitioner has said everything is normal however the symptoms would suggest otherwise. Often they are only looking at standard reference ranges and not OPTIMAL reference ranges. Or they have not ordered tests that would be significant to the symptoms.

Each treatment plan is individualised to each patient. There is no "one size fits all" approach to care.

What will my treatment plan include?

  • Specific dietary recommendations.

  • Educations and resources.

  • If needed meal plans or recipes.

  • Shopping lists.

  • A prescription of a supplement protocol - delivered to your door. This includes details of how and when to take prescriptions.

  • Lifestyle recommendations, including exercise or movement recommendations.

All protocols are delivered directly through to you via email.

Supplement prescriptions are sent to you via an online system called Vital.ly. Once prescribed your protocol you can then log into Vital.ly, create your account and the products are conveniently delivered to your door.

PATHOLOGY TESTING

As qualified practitioners we have access to order a range of functional pathology tests. These functional tests provide the information we are sometimes missing in order to treat you. These are ordered based on each individual case.
We do not and will never receive any percentage of the cost of these tests, these are only utilised when absolutely necessary and can be useful to understand on a biological level what can be helped through diet and supplementation

Some of the testing we utilise is below but there may be others we need depending on your condition.
